A big thank you to the team at Safari Group and all of their supporters for an epic golf day. Safari Group are new scholarship partners for TDF and have two recipients (Phoenix Schwalger and Waikimihia Douglas-Karauna) in the class of 2023.
On Thursday 23 February over 120 golfers gathered at the Waitemata Golf Club for the annual Safari Group Golf Day. Teams of four played an ambrose golf format. There was plenty of laughter and a fun natured competitive spirit as players were challenged to hit blind fold, with left hand clubs, play a bit of beer pong before teeing off. TDF was the charity partner for the event, the generosity of participants and supporters raised $45,000 for the TDF scholarship programme.
