12 promising sportswomen from around the country are being awarded scholarships into her programme. Dalton died two years ago after an aneurysm while playing touch rugby. The foundation is in its second year. The scholarship is a three-year programme and gives $15,000 dollars of financial support as well as mentors to the athletes.
