Isla Norman-Bell and Mahina Paul have received inaugural scholarships honouring the late former Silver Fern Tania Dalton. Norman-Bell (18) and Paul (17) will represent New Zealand in the U18s women's side at the Touch Rugby Youth World Cup in Malaysia in August.
